Five Decades. One REALTOR®. Thousands of Victoria Families.
Frank Rudge has sold real estate full-time since 1976 — RE/MAX Hall of Fame, 40+ years in the 100% Club, and a boutique practice that has never scaled past one REALTOR®.
The Frank Rudge Story
Frank Rudge began selling real estate in 1976. He spent his early career in Edmonton — top salesperson multiple times and a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club — before relocating to Victoria and joining RE/MAX Camosun, where he has been for over 40 consecutive years.
Frank has served on the Victoria Real Estate Board's Ethics and Arbitration Committee and its Public Relations Committee. He mentors new agents through RE/MAX Camosun's formal mentorship program and continuously takes VREP continuing education courses — usually one every month.
Outside real estate, Frank is a lifelong athlete — a gold medal winner at the World Masters Games in rowing — and a long-time Victoria community member who has watched the city grow from the seat of the table at more than 2,500 real estate transactions.
